We only use the Royal Mail for our small sized parcels that are under 1.9kg or Parcelforce for parcels over 2kg in weight.
The great advantage of us using the Royal Mail & Parcelforce to deliver our parcels with mainland UK is if the postman or parcelforce driver get no answer from your address they will leave a calling card for you to collect the parcel from your local post office or Royal Mail collection depot or they can leave in a safe place or with a neighbour if possible.

EXPORT OF GOODS
Deliveries to a country outside of the UK mainland may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for any customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Monza Car Care, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
The customer is responsible for completing full order details; Name, Billing Address - as it appears on the card statement address, Delivery Address, email contact and associated telephone numbers to the fullest. This will ensure that all orders are processed quickly. The details Monza Car Care request are processed through a verification service and failure to provide complete and accurate details may cause a delay in processing and dispatching any order.
LOST / NON-DELIVERY/ DELAYED / MISSING / INCORRECT OR DAMAGED GOODS
Monza Car Care cannot not accept liability for goods that have been signed for at the delivery address. If your parcel is returned to us we will have to re-charge a new delivery charge. We cannot accept any liability for any shortages / damaged etc that are not reported to us within 48 hours after your delivery has arrived also incorrect goods and any goods damaged 48 hours after delivery. If your parcel looks damaged or tampered with on the outside please sign for it as damaged or tampered with. In the rare occasion there is a delay either with the Royal Mail or parcelforce's delivery time scale we will not be held responsible for this delay as it is out of our control.
We are happy to accept any unused stock items for exchange or refund within 30 days from the date of purchase that you received the goods, provided the item is returned unused and in it's original packaging. If you would like to return something back to us, you must organise the return the item at your expense, please note we do not refund back our original postage cost.

Service parts that are NOT covered under warranty are:* External bearings, electric lead, carbon brushes & exterior seals.
Except as may be implied by law and except in the case of death or personal injury where the Customer is dealing as a consumer, in the event of any breach of these Terms and Conditions by Monza Car Care the remedies to you shall be limited to damages which shall in no circumstances exceed the price of the Goods and we shall under no circumstances be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages Safety Notice: Use of all our Products: Products that are purchased from our website are only for use by persons over the age of 18 years old as many are for professional use only, children under 18 years should NOT use any of these products we sell even with adult supervision as many can be very dangerous in the wrong hands.
Monza Car Care will not be under any liability whatsoever in the event that we are prevented or delayed from supplying or making delivery of any goods by any reason or cause beyond our control.
Monza Car Care failure to insist upon strict performance of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not be deemed to be a waiver of our rights or remedies in respect of any present or future default of the Customer in performance or compliance with any of these Terms and Conditions.
The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now UK Law. The legislation aims to make producers pay for the collection,treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment. The regulations also mean that suppliers of equipment such as high street shops and internet retailers must allow consumers to return their waste equipment free of charge.
The amount of WEEE we throw away is increasing by around 5% each year, making it the fastest growing waste stream in the UK. Recycling reduces the environmental and health risks associated with sending electrical goods to landfill. Monza Car Care is obliged under these regulations to offer our customers free take-back of their WEEE on a like for like basis when they buy a new Electrical or Electronic product from us. Customers must return their like-for-like WEEE item to us within 28 days of purchasing their new item.
Please Note: Monza Car Care do not accept liability for the return postal charges in any way, this must be borne by the customer who wishes to return the like for like WEEE item to us, so it can be recycled.
Under the WEEE Regulations, all new electrical goods should now be marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol to show they were produced after 13th August 2005, and should be disposed of separately from normal household waste so they can be recycled
